1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" — refers to the 4dnow website accessible at https://4dnow.onl together with all pages, services and features contained within it.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 4dnow platform.
• "Account" — refers to a member's personal account registered under a unique username and password.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, additional amounts or other financial incentives credited into a member's account by 4dnow.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum requirement that must be met before a bonus or related winnings can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "We" or "4dnow" — refers to the operating company of the 4dnow platform, operating under international licensing.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use the 4dnow platform, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• You must register using valid, complete and accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Multiple registrations are a serious violation that may result in all related accounts being terminated.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations in force in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You may not register or play on behalf of another person or use another person's account for any purpose.
• The company reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing accounts at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Responsibility

Account security is entirely the member's responsibility. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, keeping it confidential and not sharing your login details with any party. 4dnow will never ask for your account password through any communication channel.

3.2 Identity Verification

4dnow reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of platform use, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad or passport and other supporting documents as required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the 4dnow customer support team. Any valid cash balance in the account will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure once identity verification is complete. Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4dnow accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except crypto transactions which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes once the request is received and confirmed. This timeframe may vary based on account verification requirements and system conditions at the time. 4dnow is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as financial institutions or e-wallet operators.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted. 4dnow reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests suspected of being linked to improper activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus will be automatically credited to the account once the first deposit has been successfully processed.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

The total bonus received must be wagered 10 times before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Your original deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal terms. Bonuses that do not meet the wagering requirements within the validity period will expire automatically.

5.3 VIP Membership Programme

4dnow offers a VIP programme with five tiers that provides weekly cashback to loyal members. Cashback is calculated based on the previous week's betting activity and is automatically credited:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on the member's activity and loyalty on the platform. 4dnow reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to members.

5.4 General Promotion Terms

All promotions and bonus offers are for the personal use of the member only and are non-transferable. 4dnow reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the promotions system. Each promotion has a specific validity period and terms that apply, and these should be read carefully before acceptance.

6. Game Rules

The 4dnow platform offers various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports and other games. Each category and individual game may have additional rules that apply beyond these general Terms & Conditions.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical disruption affecting a game outcome, 4dnow reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the member's account.

6.2 System Errors and Disruptions

In the event of an error in the game software or server disruption that causes incorrect values to be displayed, 4dnow reserves the right to correct that error. Winnings resulting from an obvious system error will not be paid out and may be deducted from the account.

7. Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All 4dnow members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different information.
• Using automated software, bots, or any external tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Committing any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or e-wallets.
• Colluding with other players in competitive games to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Distributing unlawful, obscene or threatening content through our support platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

4dnow provides the online gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely, we do not guarantee that it will always be free from disruptions, errors or delays.

4dnow is not responsible for losses suffered by members due to the following factors:

• Internet connection disruptions on the member's end.
• Device or operating system failures used by the member.
• Actions by third parties such as hackers or cyber attacks.
• Gambling losses that are the result of legitimate game outcomes.
• Any third-party service disruptions such as banks or e-wallet providers.

In all circumstances, 4dnow's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being made.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

4dnow is committed to protecting the privacy of all members. Personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in that Privacy Policy.

Member data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. However, we reserve the right to share necessary information with lawful authorities when required by law or the relevant regulatory body.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of any changes. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with the amendments made, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

11. Closing and Contact Us

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you as a member and 4dnow as the platform operator. Should there be any conflict between this document and information elsewhere on the platform, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.
